Strategy: go-to-market strategy, positioning, segmentation, campaign planning
Demand Generation: paid search, paid social, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, events

Marketing resumes often stop at channels and campaigns. Hiring teams need the commercial result: qualified pipeline, conversion, acquisition cost, retention and revenue. This example shows how to connect strategy and execution to numbers while keeping the literal platform and methodology keywords an ATS will search for.

What recruiters screen for

Why most marketing managers don't get the call

Pipeline and revenue attribution

Impressions and clicks describe activity. Sourced pipeline, influenced revenue and conversion show whether the work changed the business. Name the attribution model and the dollar result whenever you can defend both.

Channel economics

A reviewer wants to see CAC, CPL, ROAS, payback period or cost per opportunity—not only that you managed paid search, events or lifecycle email.

Audience and operating scale

Budget, database size, regions, campaigns and team size establish scope. Without those numbers, a global program and a local test can look identical.

Cross-functional ownership

Strong marketing managers show how they worked with sales, product and finance to define positioning, handoffs, forecasts and launch decisions.

Notes on the template

Why each choice was made

Why channel names stay beside outcomes

The channel is the searchable keyword; the outcome is the reason a recruiter keeps reading. Each strong bullet needs both.

Why the budget appears once

A total managed budget establishes seniority. Repeating it on every bullet wastes space better used for conversion, pipeline and efficiency results.

Why brand work still gets measured

Brand programs can carry aided awareness, direct traffic, share of voice, event attendance or sales adoption. Choose the closest defensible behavior instead of calling the work unmeasurable.
