Terms of use. In plain words.

These terms apply to atsprep.com, its tools and its MCP server. When you use ATSPrep, you agree to them. Use ATSPrep only for lawful personal or professional purposes.

• Do not use ATSPrep to violate the rights of another person.
• Do not send malicious material.
• Do not interfere with the website.
• Do not try to get unauthorized access.

Most tools work without an account. Downloads need a free account (Google or email). Use only an email address or Google account that is yours. You can delete your account at any time on your account page. The privacy policy tells you what we store.

You own the information you enter or import. ATSPrep reads your resume files on your device. If you sign in, we store your resumes and tracker jobs only to sync them to your devices. We do not sell your content or use it to train models. Make sure that your content is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

• Drafts can be wrong. AI rewrites, summaries, tailoring and Pip's feedback are drafts. Read each draft before you accept it.
• You decide. Nothing in your resume changes until you accept a draft.
• You are responsible for each document that you send to an employer.

• ATSPrep does not guarantee an interview, a job offer, a ranking or an application result.
• The X-Ray shows the text that a parser gets from your PDF. It does not copy every applicant tracking system or employer setting.
• Review feedback is writing guidance. It is not advice from a recruiter, lawyer or employment expert.
• Check each exported document before you send it.

ATSPrep is provided "as is". It can change, pause or stop without notice. To the fullest extent the law permits, ATSPrep is not liable for lost data, missed opportunities, hiring decisions or indirect damages from use of the service. Some places do not allow all of these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law permits.

The free plan never expires. It keeps resume scans with your score and every fix, import, the editor, your resumes, PDF downloads in 3 designs (with a free sign-in), job match with every missing keyword, 5 AI edits a day (1 without an account), 1 practice session with Pip in total and 1 follow-up on a weak spot after it (Pip needs a free account), the job tracker and the tools. ATSPrep Pro is optional and adds: 300 AI edits a day (free: 5); AI tailoring to any job post, not counted in the day's edits; Fix all with AI: up to 40 lines a pass, 200 lines a day; Word (DOCX) downloads; All 6 templates; No limit on practice sessions with Pip (free: 1 plus 1 follow-up on a weak spot); Up to 20 Pip practice calls a month in Pip's natural voice. When Pro ends, we delete nothing that you saved; the free limits apply again. Short per-minute rate limits still apply. Prices are in US dollars and include VAT or sales tax.

ATSPrep Pro Monthly: $5 a month, a subscription.

• We bill $5 when you subscribe, then on the same date each month. It renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime from your account page (it opens Polar's billing portal), or email us. We take no more payments after you cancel.
• After you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the paid month. Then your account returns to the free plan.
• If a renewal payment fails, Pro stays on for a short grace period while we retry. If the payment still fails, Pro ends.

ATSPrep Pro 6-month pass: $24 once, for 6 months of Pro.

• One payment. No subscription and no renewal: we never charge you again for it.
• The 6 months start when you buy. If you already have Pro, we add the 6 months after the time you have left.
• After 6 months, your account returns to the free plan.

On both plans, Pro belongs to the account you use when you buy. You cannot transfer it. A return to the free plan never changes your resumes, versions or tracker jobs.

Refunds: you get a full refund within 7 days of your first payment on either plan, no questions asked. Email support@atsprep.com from the address you paid with. Pro ends on that account when we issue the refund, and we cancel a refunded subscription. After 7 days, write to us if something went wrong, and we will make it right.

Who you pay: Polar is our merchant of record. Polar does the checkout, the card details, sales tax or VAT, the receipts and the subscription billing. Its own terms apply to the payment. ATSPrep never sees your full card number.

Laws on intellectual property protect the software, the brand and the original content of ATSPrep. External sources and services belong to their owners, who are responsible for them.

We can change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
