Plain-language terms for using ATSPrep.

You may use ATSPrep for lawful personal or professional purposes. Do not use the service to violate another person's rights, distribute malicious material, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of the information you enter or import. Resume processing occurs locally, so you do not grant ATSPrep a license to store or reuse your resume contents. You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate and that you have the right to use it.

• ATSPrep does not guarantee an interview, job offer, ranking, or application outcome.
• The X-Ray verifies text extraction from the generated PDF; it does not reproduce every proprietary applicant tracking system or employer configuration.
• Proof Engine feedback is heuristic writing guidance, not advice from a recruiter, lawyer, or employment professional.
• You should review every exported document before submitting it.

ATSPrep is provided "as is" and may change, pause, or stop without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATSPrep is not liable for lost data, missed opportunities, hiring decisions, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only where permitted.

ATSPrep's software, branding, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. External sources and services remain the property and responsibility of their respective owners.
