Yes, with no payment. The board, the charts, the share images and backups work without an account for your first few jobs; past that, a free account keeps you adding them.

In this browser, on this device. Signed out, your board isn't stored on our servers. Clearing your browser data removes it, which is why Your data has a one-tap backup download. If you sign in with Google, your jobs also sync to your account so you can open them on another device.

Yes. Tap a stage or swipe to switch columns, and use the ⋯ button on a card to move it. A phone keeps its own board, separate from your computer's.

Open the ⋯ menu, choose Your data, download a backup, and restore that file on the other device. The jobs are added next to anything already on that board, so nothing gets overwritten.

Yes. Open the ⋯ menu and choose Import jobs, then paste rows from Google Sheets or Excel, or choose a CSV file, like an export from Notion, Teal or Huntr. You check the columns and a preview before anything is added, jobs already on your board are never replaced, and you can undo the import. Download as CSV takes your board back to a spreadsheet.

Yes. Open Insights and tap Share my job hunt for an image sized for Reddit and Instagram (1080 × 1350) or LinkedIn and X (1200 × 630). Company names are hidden unless you switch them on, and sample jobs are never included.

It never applies for you or contacts employers: you apply on the employer's site as usual, then add the job here. Reminders, yes. When you're signed in, we email you on the morning a next step is due, and at most once a week about applications that have gone quiet. Every email has a link to turn these off. Signed out, the tracker points out quiet applications and past-due next steps when you open it.
