Include the browser and device you used when reporting a technical problem.

• A resume import or PDF export did not work as expected.
• A Proof Engine finding is incorrect or unfair for your type of work.
• A factual claim or source on the website needs correction.
• You have a privacy request or question about local data.
• You represent a university, bootcamp, career service, or nonprofit.

Most reports that go nowhere are missing the same three things. Include them and a fix usually follows the same day it is reproduced.

• The page or panel you were on, and what you expected instead of what happened.
• For an import or export problem: whether the file was a PDF or DOCX, roughly how many pages, and which application produced it. A resume exported from Canva and one from Word fail in different ways.
• For a scoring dispute: the exact bullet text and the finding you disagree with. The Proof Engine is a set of rules, so a disagreement usually points at a rule that is too blunt for your kind of work — that is worth knowing.

Every factual claim about an applicant tracking system on this site links to that vendor's own documentation. Vendors change those documents without notice, and a citation that has quietly moved is treated as a defect rather than a typo.

If a source link is dead, points somewhere that no longer says what the page claims, or describes behaviour that has since changed, send the page and the link. Corrections that come with a primary source are applied directly; ones that do not are checked before anything changes.

You do not need to email your full resume for ordinary support. Remove addresses, phone numbers, employer-confidential details, and other sensitive information from any example you choose to share.
